Begin with 'My First Bespoke Facial' and we will chat about your skin concerns, your skin goals, your current routine and how I can support you. This includes an initial skin analysis and treatment. Continued support through Bespoke facials of your choice of 60 or 75 minutes - depending on how therapeutic you want you experience to be. We are talking insane massage, breathwork and sound healing. Ongoing support and an at home tailored treatment plan with bespokely blended products specific to your skin and it's need. Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment, a deposit of up to 50% will be payable to confirm your appointment. The remainder of the balance will be payable on the day of your appointment. We politely request that if you are unable to attend your appointment, you give us 48hours notice to allow us to offer the appointment to others. Cancellations or amendments that fall within this time frame will result in you losing your deposit. You will have to make a new booking online. No shows and very late cancellations will be charged 100% of the service amount. For free appointments (patch test and skin chat) a £10 cancellation may be made for late cancellations and will be charged for no shows. Thank you for your understanding. x
